  • In the event of any cancelation, we ask you to give us a 12 to 24-hour grace period or a $100 cancelation fee will be established.

  • No, most of our clients are not present during their clean. You have the option to let us in to begin work or set up a key placement and lockbox for us to access during your cleaning.

  • Our entire payment system is set up online. We accept all major credit cards and debit cards, we are a cashless business unless it is discussed beforehand. No cash payments are to be given to our cleaning professionals at anytime.
